Internet/Interface Not Available (wireless ok)

Love Gargoyle (KIDS HATE IT
)
In the past had an issue with Gargoyle dropping wireless yet internet through wired was still there. Now with 1.6.2(&1.6.1) wireless connects but unable to get an internet connection or get the Gargoyle interface. After a reboot all is good for 15 to 30 some days then happens again.
any ideas I have a tp-link 1043nd v2
