setting a 'redline' on the Bandwidth Graphs

On the Download/Upload and Total graphs, it would be nice to set a horizontal red line at or near my maximum possible bandwidth
For instance, I get 6Mbits/sec down and 1.5 Mbits/sec uploads which i have tested with Broadband Reports and OOkla speedtest.net several times over the past weeks, its pretty consistant.
So now i would like to set a red line at 750 kbits/sec on the Download graph. Of course I would have to enter this information somewhere so that the graph tool can draw it.
