PPPoE

1. In web interface PPPoE mode haven't connect or/and disconnect buttons, so to end the PPPoE session is necessary unplug cable or reboot —>
2. when i reboot router (or unplug cable), PPPoE session not terminated correctly (no PADT packets from router). My provider wait over 10 minutes for terminate PPPoE by idle timeout. All this time router try to authenticate with my account, but old session is active and after several attempts provider bans router's MAC for some time.
