Restric Access to all domains except one

Hi all!
I need to install a wi-fi router (with gargoyle) that will provide wi-fi access to a certain number of mobile devices. This router will be connected to a backbone with internet access but I only want to allow outbound traffic to a specific list of domains (only two domains like: mydomain1.com and mydomain2.com)
I was planning to use Firewall->Restrictions: Access Restriction, new rule: website URL: block all except: mydomain1.com, mydomain2.com
Is this enough to block all other traffic or should i consider other scenarios? Are there any considerations you might think about this?
