Hi guyz,

I've try to install gargoyle 1.6.1 (gargoyle_1.6.1-ar71xx-generic-wrt160nl-squashfs-factory.bin) on my linksys 160NL (serial number CUR06)

three times it fails

. Power led flash and nothing happened. I can recoverer using tftp & core.bin official firmware.

For now i've successfully installed openwrt (attitude adjustment 12.09) but my goal is gargoyle qos…

any help?

You should try upgrading from OpenWRT to Gargoyle using sysupgrade image. Do not try to preserve settings.

Hi i have the 160nl and i upgraded from ddwrt. If flashing from openwrt dont work then give flashing from ddwrt a shot.

May i should try gargoyle 1.5.10 (based on released openwork AA) or install from packages like http://www.gargoyle-router.com/phpbb/vi ... f=8&t=5453 (eric post)

which 160nl serial number do you have ? CUR01 or CUR06 ?

i confirm it works.

linksys -> openwrt AA -> gargoyle sysupgrade

Hi everyone, I'm using OpenWRT at the time, but i have a e2100l. I need to know if the FW for wrt160nl work fine with this other router, or if i need other FW to migrate.
