The future linking Quotas and usernames were mentioned here.
Since the dynamic IP allocation would be needed for this it seems to me that Port triggering would become a particularly useful once usernames are introduced.
Is Port triggering on the todo list?
If so, should we expect it's introduction before or after usernames feature?

I may get around to this someday, but it's a fairly low priority compared to other things.
