Can anybody help me with limiting YouTube?

I can't seem to find a unique property of YouTube that will limit only YouTube and no other websites. Can anybody help?

There's no L7 preset for YouTube and I can't seem to add a custom one

Youtube-2012 L7 filter is still very good at catching Youtube traffic.

I used that and it doesn't seem to catch any YouTube traffic at all?

L7 filter can't catch YouTube traffic, if It's going over HTTPS protocol, so probably this is the reason, if you installed it correctly. It seems like you will have to use IPs to catch it.
