Hi everyone,
I'm stucked in the resolution of my problem.

I've been using gargoyle firmware since Novembre (I think), and everything was fine..
I think I've messed up with some configuration, and now I cannot access anymore to the configuration page of the router (I've tryed also using the lan, but no results..)

For this reason I'm trying to restore the firmware.
Now the problem..

I can ping the router without any packet lost,
but when I try to tftp the firmware into the router the connection timed out.

How Can I solve this problem?

My router is a TPLink WDR4300
and I'm using 1.6.1 gargoyle firmware.

Did you try failsafe?

I couldnt.. also keeping pressed the reset button for more thae 3 seconds after the reboot it actually doesnt start flashing the power led :\

Read up on that page

You may have to do serial recovery if failsafe mode doesn't work

You could also possibly try TFTP recovery, but that usually only
works from Windows XP or Linux computers

Is it possible to restore the original firmware of the router? How?

I've tried also with a MacBook to tftp the router, but still the connection goes in timeout, there's something I can do to let it work??
