No IP from AP using wireless brige mode

Hi first I would like to say that Gargoyle is some good product so thnx to the dev's and supporters
I have the following setup (== cable and ))= wifi)
WAN=====Router(DHCP on mac address)====RouterinWirelessbridgemode=(( ))=AP=((
The Router (DHCP) is a Openbsd machine
The router in wireless bridge mode is TP-Link WR841n v8 using gargoyle_1.6.1-ar71xx-generic-tl-wr841nd-v3-squashfs-factory.bin
The AP is ASUS RT-N16 using Tomato
So all machines connect to the AP using Wifi and are getting an IP on Mac address from the Router. All non windows machines get an IP, when the router in wireless bridge mode is Gargoyle. Only a Labtop using windows 7 (wifi link 5100 agn) doesn't get an IP using DHCP, when I make it static it can access the WAN.
When I change the firmware from Gargoyle to DD-WRT for the wireless bridge it gets an IP using DHCP.
Is there a solution to this problem I read something about a problem using Atheros and Broadcom and a wireless bridge before I walk this way I would like to know more about it
Thnx for any help in advance
