Has anybody successfully installed Gargoyle on Buffalo WZR-600DHP ? I tried searching for this and couldn't find anybody who has installed Gargoyle without problems, even though it's on the list of supported / tested routers.
Before purchasing this router I want to make sure that Gargoyle can be installed on it.
Thanks

http://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/buffalo/wzr-600dhp
See that page - read the section under Installation
Currently there is no specific firmware for the WZR-600DHP. Instead you use the same firmware as the Buffalo WZR-HP-AG300H which provides the same functionality due to the similar hardware.
So yes, it should be supported, there is a download available in the
Download section - look for WZR-HP-AG300H
These are the 1.6.0 firmwares:
gargoyle_1.6.0-ar71xx-generic-wzr-hp-ag300h-squashfs-factory.bin
gargoyle_1.6.0-ar71xx-generic-wzr-hp-ag300h-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin
gargoyle_1.6.0-ar71xx-generic-wzr-hp-ag300h-squashfs-tftp.bin

Thanks for the reply. The installation instructions must be similar to WZR-HP-G300NH.
The installation instructions for G300NH tells us to use "squashfs-sysupgrade.bin" and not the "squashfs-factory.bin". I was under the impression that if upgrading form a firmware other than gargoyle, one should use "squashfs-factory.bin". The instructions for WZR-HP-G300NH seems to state opposite of that.
So can you tell me which Gargoyle image to use ( factory or sysupgrade) when upgrading from the factory installed version of DD-WRT on the WZR-600DHP?
