Web Proxy

Hi, I am looking to run a basic proxy on a TP-wr1043 v2.1 with a 16Gb usb flash for storage. I have tried to install tinyproxy as per http://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/howto/proxy.tinyproxy but once it is installed. I have no more internet ?
Any ideas as to an alternate solution ? Also does tinyproxy have a web gui.
