Add an option to display hostnames on the quotas page.

When setting quotas I find that I'm constantly flipping back and forth between the DHCP page where I have hosts set to a specific IP and the quotas page to compare the IP's. In order to set the limits on each IP I need to know what host that corresponds to. This should be an easy addition to the next update.
