Access time limits

Hi,
I am new to this forum.
What I basically want to know, if it is possible to configure for each client access-time-limits. For instance, I want my son to be disconnected after 22:00 automatically every day, with all his devices: PC, cell phone etc.. Connection is allowed again at 7:00. Ideally a warning message should be displayed at 21:55 that within 5 minutes the device will be disconnected.
So if this is possible can you explain how, and add a screenshot for this? If not, would it be possible to implement such a feature?
