DHCP Larger than /24?

I apologize if this has been asked before, but my various attempts at searching for this topic came up with nothing.

I'm just wondering if it's possible to configure the DHCP server to serve up more than a /24 subnet of IP addresses? It's possible to set the LAN subnet to something higher than a /24 (I have it set to a /16 at the moment.)

I know this sounds like overkill, but I won't have thousands of users connected at at the same time (Probably more like 20-30) but over the course of a day I will have several hundred folks drifting in and out (It's a public library) and I don't want them to re-use IP addresses (Within a 24hr period) as I have a download CAP set for each IP.

I love the Gargoyle firmware, as it will allow me to eliminate a bandwidth manager and a lot of other clunky stuff and just end up with a Ubiquiti AirRouter to manage the whole system if I can get this to work.

If I can't configure the DHCP server I'll have to have a separate router/computer that serves up the larger than /24 DHCP scope. Which isn't the end of the world, but a one-box solution would rock!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
