DDNS update failed with "Could not determine local ip from."

I try to update ddns.As I push the "Force Update" button it shows "Update Successful" message but under last update it shows "NaN/NaN NaN:NaN:NaN" and also the ddns sever doesn't receive a request.
I checked the log with ssh and I noticed that the update process failed.
After some "could not determine local ip from url" errors when it reach checkmyip.com url which is block in Iran (I don't know why And I'd better not ask about
)it retrieves the blocking website(The site which is shown when we access an illegal website
) address which is 10.10.34.34 as my local ip address. And then the error remote IP cannot be determined is occured.
So the router shouldn't show Update Successful in this case and I want to report it as a bug.
My questions are:
1-Why the router could not get local IP from urls which I can open them with my browser?(like http://www.myipnumber.com/ etc.)
2-Why should the router find his local IP from a website ?Couldn't it get it from ISP directly(the one which show in status- WAN ip address)?
3-What is the solution for this problem?
Thanks in advance.
