Very odd renaming of Restrictions

My firewall restrictions have done something very strange. Gargoyle Version:1.5.10
Over the course of the week they went from having distinctive names and unique content
To now being all generically named and all having fully restrictive rules
I rebooted the router between taking the two pictures, but otherwise did not change the settings
Any thoughts of what might be happening? Any way of recovering the old settings?
