Hi All,

My router is buffalo AG300H with firmware 1.5.11, My ACC is working fine, but after 3 days the link limit goes down to 3000 kbps. when I try to use speedtest my download is only showing 3 Mbps.

I have tried to ran speedtest with my pc directly connected to a modem and my speedtest reached up to 24 Mbps, my upload speed is fine.

I have tried to manually restart qos_gargoyle manually and after that my download speed is back to normal.

My link limit doesn't go back to normal by itself even though there is no congestion on the link,Can someone please explain how to resolve this problem.

Many thanks in advance.

First, the link limit will not rise unless you have load on the link so just looking at the link limit tells you nothing.

Second this problem could be cause be a too low ping time limit.

When you observe this issue start a download of a large file. What ping times do you observe as compared to the limit?

Hi pbix,

I have manually set the control ping targets to 60, and everything worked as expected. I will keep an eye on it and will let you know in a couple of days.

Thank you.

It seems that the link limit problem was resolved by manually setting the ping target to 60.

Thanks
