Please add a dnsmasq editor that allows the user to edit the dnsmasq config, and upon saving, restarts the dnsmasq server.

In its simplest form, this could be a textfield in a form pre-populated with the contents of /etc/dnsmasq.conf
Upon save, it could write the form text field contents to /etc/dnsmasq.conf and execute /etc/init.d/dnsmasq restart

Im going to suggest that if you are advanced enough to edit dnsmasq you might as will just use command line
