Tl-Wr1043nd wifi dropping/hanging issue 1.4.7 ar9002wb-1ng

I've got tl-wr1043nd bought in late 2011- early 2012. I've experiencing annoying issue: connection hangs in that way: connection is up, But cannot ping, web doesn't working, cannot connect to router. restarting laptop wlan couldn't solve the problem. It is happening every few hours, everything works just up to few hours after restarting of router. cable lan is working ok.
This issue is happening to my laptop with:
ar9002wb-1ng (AR9285)
driver release: 2013-05-27 (up to date)
Network config:
channel width: 40mhz channel 6
transmit power: 23dbm
encryption: WPA2 PSK
Assigned Static IP Address
Gargoyle version: 1.4.7
THIS issue only happens on just my computer. Every other device is working fine. (there are 5 other devices which are running ok)
changing channel or transmit power is not solving the problem.
Drivers are up to date.
This issue not happening on chanel width 20mhz, but 40mhz is a must have for me because i need to use 150mbit/s connection,
65mbit/s is insufficient for me.
Why is it happening only on my ar9002wb-1ng (AR9285)?
Can You fix this issue in next gargoyle release? Or i need to replace wifi card in my laptop?
