Hey all,

I have a TP WR1043ND 1.8, which is dreadful on the wireless side.. Im trying all sorts of things but to no avail. Ive recently read that in the most most most recent BreakingBarrier openwrt build they've fixed the wifi for this router.. Just wondering if

a. When will we see a 1.5.11 with this release in it?
or
b. Is there a way of upgrading the 1.5.10 with the latest BB?
or
c. Can I install openwrt and then install ontop of it Gargoyle??

Why not use openWRT? Basically I want the WIFI Repeater functionality and Gargoyle is the only way I can get it working :-)

Gargoyle has not yet been released on the Barrier Breaker branch so you cannot do that exactly.

But most of the Wifi fixes are still be back ported to the AA branch so if you use the link ispyisall references you should get Wifi performance equivalent to whatever is going on in BB since the builds he is doing are based on the latest AA code.
