how to install gargoyle 1.5.10 on buffalo WZR-HP-G450H?

plz professionals; provide me with step by step how to install gagyole 1.5.10 on my buffalo WZR-HP-G450H i bought it brand new and done nothing with it so u guys can tell me how the good way so i don't brick it 
and i would be greatfull because i found on the download page three downloaded files 1.factory.bin 2.sysupgrade.bin 3.tftp . so which one of them to use and which way : from the same ddwrt system just to update the file or other way?
