1043nd 11g only - client mode

Hello, is anyone know how to set gargolye 1.5.8 to 11g only in client mode?
I have connections issues in N, when I try to change:
option hwmode '11ng'
to
option hwmode '11bg'
or
option hwmode '11g'
It's still connects using N mode. Is there is any solution to resolve this issue? Or any other version of gargoyle support this changes?
