gargoyle_1.5.10-ar71xx-generic-tl-wr1043nd-v1
I want to install Oscam On this firmware

If that is what you are referring to, it does not look like it will work

Looks like you need to install that on a PC, not a router

Might be possible - but you're on your own - I don't believe
I've ever seen anyone else asking/requesting that feature here
