can't connect through WIFI

When i try to connect through WIFI i can see the device in my tab but when i try to connect, the tab is trying to get the IP from the device but it can't get the IP. Please help me i am waiting for your valuable replay.

More info needed:
1) What wireless device is trying to connect to the router?
(Laptop? Android? I-Phone?)
2) What wireless router are you using?
3) What firmware version of Gargoyle is on the router?

after pluging off power cord it assign ip but not always , something is wrong or short memory
