how do I install gargoyles
having a problem opening and setting up

You need to do more research first.

Look up your router on the OpenWRT documentation/wiki pages

Look up Serial Recover or TFTP recovery methods

Look up how you would recover your router if flashing Gargoyle failed

Google your router + OpenWRT and see what people are saying,
whether or not it works ok, or if there are issues, etc.

Do more research before you even consider flashing to Gargoyle.
