Gargoyle and WOL

Hi,
I understand Gargoyle has the ability to wake hosts via wol

What i'd like to know is would it be possible to run a script to wake a host when a connection to the host on a specific port is detected?
I have a PC that hosts my media that is streamed over FTP from an xbmc client, i'd like to be able to intercept this FTP connection request on port 21 and wake the PC.
Would this be possible with Gargoyle?
