Client mode not working after a few days

Hi, I have a Buffalo WHR-G54S on Gargoyle (using the brcm trx). I have it on client mode. I works perfectly for a few days after which the connection always fails and I need to reset the router. What could possible cause this? What information should I gather and report here the next time it does it again? I forgot to have a look at it before I reset it the last time.

Thanks for reporting this... but this is going to be hard to debug.
The broadcom drivers are proprietary (meaning I have no way to modify the source code -- I just have a binary I need to work with), and another wireless issue with the broadcom driver is already driving me up the wall. I'll see if I can figure anything out... but I'm not optimistic.
