wireless AP 1.5.8 stopped working

I have had this running for months and left it alone as now it won't broadcast SSID (enabled) and it does not show in any devices lists of AP's. I was working fine no issues.
changed name, channel, security, rebooted nothing fixes it.
I have a wired 2nd AP connected broadcasting on a different SSID name that all devices connect to now and get IP address from 1.5.8 node without issue all other features work fine on the node.
It was a TP node.
any suggestions. I don't understand why it just stopped working wifi but all other features are fine.
no changes in months to it's config.
