before i had all the routers with DDwrt, somehow they start to crash one after one, i read at the ddwrt forum that firmware gargoyle will work better and it did. woho works first try.. however, trying to build my network larger, my question is: is it possible to put two repeater bridge after each other?

..I tried, i didnt succueed. the second repeater could not find the network
could someone link printscreen of setup if its even possible.?

.. my ADSL modem works as a Internet/AP/DHCP, but it seems that it dont like to share ip adresses to other routers.. so i connected the gateway to ADSLmodem via wan port and let one be gateway with DHCP.. thats ok? (and i copied the SSID and PW too, all the way in the network)

.. but how should i do this.. i got 4houses, around 100m from each other, the houses are almost placed as Z and its like a straight line wich the first house has the internet connection.. today it looks like this..and the bold text is how i want it to look like..

I don't know which version of the Thomson you have but you need
to find out which chipset.

Anytime you do wireless bridge/repeater, you REALLY want to stick
with the same type of chipset.

Either all Atheros or all Broadcom.

All your TP-Links are Atheros, and the Thomson is either
some 3rd party chipset (not broadcom/atheros) or its Broadcom based

You're trying to set this up too cheaply - you need to spend a bit
more $$ to get a more reliable config.

Your best bet is to do something like this:

Thomson wired to DD/WRT or Gargoyle/OpenWRT Main AP
Make sure that AP is Atheros based, and has replaceable antennas
so you can replace it with 2 or 3 9dbi radial antennas

Then cofigure all your TP-Links to connect to that Main AP

I suspect the issues you are having are connectivity to the Thomson
