I am using the latest build. I even tried the previous 1.5.8 builds.
Please help no connectivity

Router is behind DOCSIS 3.0 modem to comcast. No internet connectivity, the Renew IP button is greyed out for DHCP (wired) 1.5.9 on TP-Link WDR3600


Steps I tried, installed 1.5.9 factory, then did sysupgrade on new router

gargoyle_1.5.9-ar71xx-generic-tl-wdr3600-v1-squashfs-factory.bin

gargoyle_1.5.9-ar71xx-generic-tl-wdr3600-v1-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin

Then I reverted back to 1.5.8 factory and upgrade to 1.5.8 sysupgrade


The router wont see the IP of the cable modem. The renew button is greyed out under - wired DHCP (wired)
I looked at this, but I am not expert, and did NOT ssh into the router.

Looks like bug in filehost rc - file the thread above mentions its empty

I have the same issue with my netgear wndr3700 with a Comcast docsis 3.0 modem also.

Yes, reset to defaults and unhooked it from power for hours.

I have tried it with the revert to the new firmware and the factory, still same issue.

Netgear and Dlink routere work just fine as a bench mark, I also wrote the support a few times, no response yet.

How possibly it resolved the issue?

My tip link has no longer working and I am not getting wireless internet what to do is any software issues?

Anyone Fix This issue? Last Night all of a sudden my Wan Port just went dead. I have flashed back to the original WDR3600 firmware and back up and running. I have tried DDWRT and that works. However if I flash with OpenWRT or Gargoyle 1.5.9 or 1.5.10 the Wan Port gets disabled. Weird it has been working for 4 months until last night. Any Fix?
