VPN Client BUG ?

When i try make new Client and delete it for some reasons, and once again make new client but change his default name (Client1) to something elese - i have error message:
but when i change url from:

few second later i have zip on my hdd .. 
I can't swith status ENABLED - when i swith off and save changes, status go back to ON !
