QOS Help

Basically, I just installed Gargoyle 1.4.7 on a WNDR3800 and I love it, but I cannot seem to get the QOS settings down properly. It's been a breeze in stock firmwares, but I highly doubt if it works as well as Gargoyle's.
I only have 1 PC and 1 console connected. I want to limit the console to 1024 down and 512 up. I have a 30 down 4 up plan.
My plans:
-I want to reserve the rest of my bandwidth for my PC and 2% of my remaining 29 down and 3.5 up to Skype.
-I want to give my Xbox packets priority over all other traffic on my network.
Also, can I delete the default QOS settings and set my own rules without any conflict or issues?
Any help would be appreciated.
