TL-WR1043ND keeps restarting

Hi all
I have TL-WR1043ND with Gargoyle 1.5.8 and since yesterday I have big issue with my router. I've changed some settings (nothing important, just static DHCP for one of my machines) and pressed reboot.
Router restarted as usually sys led was blinking, but when sys led stopped to blink router rebooted and it happen all the time until now. I unplugged all ETH wires but it did not help.
I think that system is loading properly, because for few seconds I am able to see web UI but I am unable to log in because of restarts
Any ideas how to fix it ?
