https selective blocking

I would like to block some https sites, but not all... I really want to block https://www.google.com in particular, but want to be able still use other https sites.
Right now I have everything but port 443 blocked for the blacklisting, and a list of "approved" websites that are whitelisted.
My issue is everything after https:// is of course encrypted, and therefore may not be blockable if I have port 443 unblocked. Also anything after the https:// that is whitelisted will remain blocked unless I specifically leave port 443 unblocked. Does someone have a bright idea? Please?
