1043nd no intenet after flash

Used this one gargoyle_1.4.7-ar71xx-tl-wr1043nd-v1-squashfs-factory
And guess what, no internet, everything configured like on stocked. I have static ip wired, so what's wrong?

Do you have v1.8 or v1.9 of the 1043nd?
Have you tried googling or skimming topics from the forum with 1043 in the title? You may spot a common theme...perhaps your WAN port is not talking with your ADSL router? Take a look at this thread

I wish I'd looked first! I unwrapped my new 1043nd (to replace my dying wrt54g) and flashed 1.4.7, replicated my old setup and couldn't get any WAN connection after an hour thrashing. Google was my friend (from my mobile phone), and reverting to the stock firmware (which I'd downloaded before starting), applying the german firmware and then reflashing with 1.4.7 and restoring my backup and it is all happy.

this is my FW 3.13.11 Build 121102 Rel.51321n
I was able to flash back to original FW, i'm on it now.
So what's the algoritm to get it done?

Noticed bug or dunno, the pages are take longer to load with garg now.
Any one having same issue? I mean it's really noticible
update. Change DNS settings to Allow use altern DNS and speed went back to normal.

How to increse torrent download speed, i have gigabit connection, and with stock I was getting like 30 Megs easyly, with gargoyle stuck with 10.
