Throttle Bandwidth not working

Hi All, everything was working fine until I updated to 1.5.8 on my TP-Link TL-WR1043N/ND v1. Now when I set a quota to throttle bandwidth, once quota is reached, instead of throttling bandwidth, it gets redirected to Gargoyle login page with a message that quota exceeded. This never used to happen again so basically internet access is shut down even if throttle is set. Anyone else experienced this.

Don't have this problem here..
