help seting up gargoye

hello im new here and need help setting up gargoyle.i know that screenshots are needed but dont know how to do that yet.my questions are.
1.i bricked my xfta and have the files to unbrick.is there a step by step for this ?
2.i am not sure what to enter into gargole for the bridge ip and other numbers there. what to change ip of gargole to if i need to do that.if i send my ip address could someone tell me what i need to input ?i believe thats how i bricked it in the first place.
i hope im posting in right place and not breaking any rules,coz im new here.also if someone can tell me how to take and upload screen shots i would be most apreciative.trying to find some answers so i can work on it again sunday.thanks.
