Hi, I have a Netgear WNDR3700V1 with Gargoyle 1.58. Is there a way, or, what is the way to setup my wireless to be 300 Mbps instead of 133Mbps on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz?

I verified my wireless speed has being 133 Mbps using the software inSSIder using my laptop and my Motorola Atrix 4G.

Any help would be great. Thanks, Marc.

  • Did you select "40 MHz" channel width option in wireless settings?
  • Did you verify that your receiver (driver) settings allow 40MHz operation?
  • If that's OK, read this thread: http://www.gargoyle-router.com/phpbb/vi ... f=7&t=2138. Works for NetGear as well as for TP-Link (I have both, and needed to set the noscan option on both).
