QoS Upload Interface broken

Hello!
I am not able to insert a QoS-Upload rule. Yes, I also tried to reboot the System but problems stays. Its a TP-Link TL-WR1043ND with Gargoyle 1.5.8 installed.
I just cant klick "Add Rule" - its not working. Furthermore I am also not able to save anything on this site when I interacted with the rule utility.
