What about 2 buttons, one to Reset all quotas and other to reset quota of a specific user ?
So, if a user reach its quota, we could restart it to 0% easily ( or reset all quotas)

u might do that perhaps.. there are very few number of developers to develop gargoyle .. thanx .. try u will success
