restrict bandwidth by website

When my sons visit youtube it drags down the performance of the whole network. Even seems to impact my QoS settings.
is it possible to cap bandwidth for an entire domain, say youtube.com?

You can restrict bandwidth by IP address (either source or destination IP) but not by domain name.
I will add that there is no reason that your sons activities should 'drag down performance' if you setup QoS correctly. QoS was designed to handle this situation and I doubt that it would be necessary to write any rules specific to youtube.com
