UPnP

I have UPnP turned on router Netgear 3700. I have Windows Home sever 2011 installed on a server and when I go to set up web access the server tells me UPnP not turned on even though it is, any suggestions?

Gargoyle used miniupnpd to implement this function. miniupnpd is a project of its own. You can find out more about it using google.
I have observed that my XBOX sometimes complains about lack of upnp support but it functions properly and the forwards are added correctly by miniupnpd on the router. I conclude from this that there are some issues with the way some devices interact with the service.
I suggest you start a thread on the miniupnpd project's home page and see if you can figure out was is going on. If you find there is some setting that is not correct in the way say Gargoyle starts of has configured this service let me know and we can correct it.
