Date Time Format

I downloaded the Web Usage data (Visited Sites) as a CSV file.
The Date Time values in the first column are in some format that Excel (and Talbess) doesn't understand. I know nothing about Unix date time formats but I assume these date times are in some such format.
Can anyone help me with how to make these date time display correctly in a spreadsheet.
My dates are dd/mm

Displayed datetime on status page: 23/10 7:39:07
Displayed datetime in csv file: 1350938347
BTW tried to import the csv file into a Google spreadsheet and it just did nothing.
