how many static IPs, and hardware recommendation

I need to set up a router for a summer camp hotspot, using static IPs for each client, with usage monitoring. Gargoyle looks like it will do what I need, but I can't seem to find out how many static IPs can be assigned, can anybody tell me? Or is it a hardware limitation? Other routers I've used have a limit of 32 clients; I need around 100, though only a dozen or so will be connected at any one time.

Also, I'm interested in any recommendations for a router to use with Gargoyle, for maximum performance with the dozen or so clients. It does need to have a single antenna, since we're using it with a remote amplified antenna.

OpenWRT seems to be a default limit of 150 static lease.
