Netgear WNDR3700v3 support planned or in-progress?

Hi, I'm not sure where to post this so please forgive me if this is the wrong area..
I was unlucky enough (figures) to get a v3 of this router. I was hoping to get a v2, but it didn't happen.
I've found out that DD-WRT is working on a version for this router, but I'm wondering if Gargoyle is/may do the same.
I've never tried Gargoyle - not even on my Linksys 54gs before I upgraded to the Netgear WNDR3700v3. I mainly got it for the gigabyte switching for my lan.
One of the biggest drawbacks to the stock firmware is that the configuration can't be locked down to mac addresses and other essential features in that area. And come to find out, no alternative firmwares exist for it yet.
OTOH, I do find the stock to be quite nice and fast - at least THAT's good.
One thing I DO *LOVE* about it though is that it does QOS without doing any math! =) All one has to do is set the priorities for the different apps - although even THIS is lacking in features to make sure it includes the secure versions of HTTP(S), NNTP(S), or even the secure Google IMPA ports.. I believe it could be working for them, but the firmware is so dumbed-down that I can't tell for sure.
Does anyone know if Gargoyle allows for hassle-free QOS determination? i.e. Just set app priorities and be done with it? No figuring out the maximum connection speed, subtracting yadda yadda - crap?
