I'd like to share bandwidth on multiple computers so that each of the computers have the same speed range. At the moment I have a problem because when you try to open pages + watch youtube on another computer I have a problem with opening anything. Is there such an option in addition to QoS, which will share bandwidth dynamically, depending on the number of connected computers at any given time?

The latest versions of Gargoyle QoS does this by default.

If you just turn on the default QoS setup you should get the behaviour you are looking for.
