MR3420 Bricked after default reset.

Hello my friend, after click button (software system - reset to defaults) reset to default i have huge problem with router.
Te ip of the router is 10.0.2.1 and i have pings to tp-link but i haven't web interface (empty response), nmap tell me: 22 80 53 443 ports are opened.
If i try ssh login my password doesn't work, as same as new flashed router.
Please help me - thanks!
PS.
I tried failsave boot but, router has only 2 to 4 pings then no response.
64 bytes from 192.168.1.1: icmp_req=362 ttl=64 time=2.55 ms
64 bytes from 192.168.1.1: icmp_req=363 ttl=64 time=0.279 ms
64 bytes from 192.168.1.1: icmp_req=364 ttl=64 time=0.327 ms
64 bytes from 192.168.1.1: icmp_req=365 ttl=64 time=0.291 ms
From 192.168.1.2 icmp_seq=387 Destination Host Unreachable
