Quota with specific ip/port exclusion

Quota with ip/port exclusion would be handy, let me present the following example.
Your ISP gives you 50GB monthly download and you share this connection with a friend. You set the router quota to 25GB then cap to 256Kbps.
However the ISP provides a "free" zone where quota doesn't count (things like their own radio streams, TV streams ect, fileserver). Normally this would be counted to your usage on the router and cap you much sooner then you should be.
It would be good to be able to exclude specific IP/ports from the quota usage.
