Automatically download/export bandwidth.csv

Is this possible?
I have a monthly cap from my ISP that is only measured during certain times of the day (8am-12midnight). I would like to automatically download or export the bandwidth.csv at midnight daily so I can keep a record of my daily usage to prove to my ISP that they're unable to accurately calculate my usage.
