Hi Just a quick question,want to load v 1.04 of gargoyle on nanostation 2,which build should i use.There so many,and can it be flashed straight from the gui of the nano still?

I believe the nanostation is one of the few devices the default upgrade utility doesn't work on, since it doesn't use the seperate rootfs/kernel files. You'll need a ubnt2-squashfs.bin image, but for now the latest release with that image is 1.0.0. For anything more recent than 1.0.0, you'll probably need to recompile from source.

Any chance of someone pls building a installable firmware for nanostation 2?that can be flashed straight from the nanostations existing firmware?of the latest build?

How about a 1.0.8 build?

That would be awesome!would it be to much to ask to enable external antenna support for the nanostation2? haha thnx eagerly awating 1.08 build.and thnx again!!

OK,going to take the plunge.going to flash form gui.i still need to enable the external antenna afterwards correct?by pasting this in

init.d?

sysctl set dev.wifi0.softled 0
gpioctl 7 0

is this easy to do?any simple guide anywhere?Thnx!
